Exterior Painting

Nash Painting has been one of Nashville’s most trusted and celebrated authorities in exterior painting for the last 10+ years, and not by accident. We strive every day to exceed expectations and deliver stellar results for our clients! To be clear, we do not provide cheap paint jobs; we provide quality paint jobs. In fact, our pricing can be as much as twice the average Nashville painter, but you will get what you pay for.

The Nash Painting Difference

Exterior Painting

With Nash Painting, quality comes first. Everything we do, is done in pursuit of excellence. We know the challenges, and we intend to meet them. It may require additional time and money, above what you might pay for another painter in Nashville, but nobody will give you a better, or longer lasting coat of paint.

A coat of paint from Nash Painting comes with a warranty of 10 years. However, our work tends to last between 12 and 18 years.

Now compare that with a competitor, who might offer to paint your house for half the price. A paint job of this caliber will likely last for 3 to 4 years before requiring additional work. Then, you will be in the same position as you are now: in need of a new paint job. Do the math.

A coat of exterior paint from Nash Painting has a higher upfront cost, but in the long run, it will prove to be the most cost effective option on the market! And cost efficiency is the key to prosperity.

How are we able to guarantee such stellar results? The answer lies in our process.

Our Process

We don’t cut corners. We don’t take the easy way out. We do what it takes to give you a coat of paint that will last for more than a decade. Period.

The key to the quality of our work is our process. We approach every paint job with the same set of procedures, and because we have a policy of complete transparency, we’d like to share a brief summary of those procedures with you now...

  1. The Deep Clean
We start by pressure washing all of your painted surfaces to remove dirt, algae, debris, mold, and any loose paint chips. This first step is absolutely critical to making sure you end up with a coat of paint that is smooth, beautiful, and long lasting.

  2. Setting The Foundation
We then check every square inch of your home for loose or failing paint with carbide razor scrapers. This is a detail-intense stage of our process! The goal is to ensure that your paint will be applied to a solid surface instead of a surface full of loose chips.

  3. Applying Primer
After the scraping is done, we coat all the raw wood with an oil based primer to ensure that the surface is ready for a long term coating. This will ensure that, when the paint finally dries, it will look the way you’ve always wanted.

  4. Caulk That Will Go The Distance
We remove all loose or failing caulking and apply a fresh coat of lifetime warranty Sherwin Williams Sher Max caulking to seal all air gaps. This will keep your home well-insulated, waterproof, and air-tight!

  5. The Main Event: Painting!
This is where the magic happens! We apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint and work the paint into the surfaces with brushes or rollers. We’ll be by your side to watch the paint dry and address any concerns you might have to ensure that you are 100% satisfied!

And We’ll Make Sure To Keep The Rest Of Your Home Safe

As with all of our projects, we go to extreme measures to protect your home from unnecessary damage. We do our best to contain paint chips, protect your landscaping from paint, and plant damage. We cover unpainted surfaces where we run the risk of wind blown paint drips traveling to that one spot you never expected. We keep the area around your home clean and organized, so your neighbors don't give you dirty looks. We genuinely love what we do, so our teams take pride in their work.
