Eagleville is a small village core surrounded by farms and acreage, where a few blocks of old Main Street storefronts give way to estate subdivisions and working farmsteads. We handle both: careful work downtown, and rural exteriors that take full sun and wind.

Painting homes in Eagleville

Eagleville sits on a settlement that dates to 1790, and its housing reads in three distinct chapters. The Main Street core holds genuinely old storefronts and homes in brick, wood, and stone; estate subdivisions like Eagleview Estates and Eagle View Village went up in all-brick and brick-and-hardboard with painted trim on roughly one-acre lots; and the surrounding Highway 99 and Rocky Glade country is farmhouse wood, brick ranches, board-and-batten, and the occasional 1900-era house on acreage. Painting here means moving from period-correct downtown finishes to wide-open rural exteriors that catch long sun angles, wind-driven rain, and dust off gravel drives, often on the same week's schedule.

Inside

Inside, the range runs from old Main Street homes with weathered plaster and original trim that reward patient prep, to the newer brick estate houses out on Highway 99 with drywall, open floor plans, and built-ins where trim and cabinet work show every shortcut. Older farmhouses along Rocky Glade Road bring woodwork that needs scraping and caulk before a single finish coat goes on.

Outside

Outdoors is where Eagleville is hardest on paint. Estate lots in Eagleview Estates and Deer Valley sit on open acre-plus sites, so south and west elevations, porch posts, garage doors, and fascia fade and chalk fast under full UV, while shaded north sides hold mildew. Most estate-home work is trim, shutters, columns, soffits, and doors over brick rather than full siding, and the farmhouse and board-and-batten exteriors out on Highway 99 take the worst of the wind-driven rain.

Eagleville neighborhoods we know

Historic Main Street
Old storefronts and homes in brick, wood, and stone in a design-sensitive district from Church Street to Cheatham Springs Road. Color and material choices are guideline-governed, so this is period-appropriate prep and finish work, not a quick coat over old paint.
Eagleview Estates
All-brick luxury homes on roughly 0.84 to 1.38 acre lots along Highway 99, with painted trim, shutters, columns, and garage doors. Some lots carry architectural approval, and the open acreage means high UV fade on exposed trim and doors.
Eagle View Village
A newer Ole South subdivision of brick single-family homes on compact lots near the village core. Most work is trim, shutters, porch ceilings, posts, fascia, and exterior doors, and recorded restrictions are worth checking before a bold color change.
Deer Valley
Early- to mid-2000s brick and masonry homes on half-acre to nearly two-acre lots off Cheatham Springs Road, at least some with no HOA. Sun-beaten south and west elevations, porch posts, and fascia take the wear; shaded sides pick up mildew.
Eagle Crest
An established subdivision off Allisona and Cheatham Springs Road with late-1990s through 2010s frame and masonry-veneer homes. Older 1990s trim often needs extra scraping and caulk, and estimates separate veneer-home trim work from any full-body siding repainting.
Rocky Glade Road acreage
Old rural Eagleville: farmsteads, weathered wood siding, outbuildings, porches, and metal roofs, including older homes where prep takes as long as the painting. Rural lots usually lack subdivision color controls, though deed restrictions still get checked.
