How a Nash job runs

Eight steps from the first visit to the warranty, so you know what happens next and who to ask at every point.

  1. Step 1

    The estimate

Your estimator looks at the job with you and photographs the work in scope. Only what's documented in estimate photos is included in the bid.

  2. Step 2

    Your written bid

Most bids are written before your estimator leaves. Larger, more complex jobs take 24 to 48 hours. The bid lists the scope, the package, the warranty term and a "price good until" date.

  3. Step 3

Approve the bid and pick colors

Nothing is final until you approve the written bid. Once you approve, you choose your colors and we order paint and set your start date.

  4. Step 4

    Prep and protection

We cover and protect what isn't being painted before prep starts. Prep is most of the job, and it's where a finish lasts or fails.

  5. Step 5

    Painting, with your crew lead

One crew lead runs your job from the first day to the final walkthrough. If something unexpected turns up, you hear about it before anything changes.

  6. Step 6

    The walkthrough

When the work is done, you and your crew lead walk the work together. Anything you're not happy with goes on a list and gets fixed.

  7. Step 7

    Payment on completion

No deposit. You pay when the job is done. You can hold back up to 20% of the price for any unresolved quality issue until we fix it.

  8. Step 8

    Your warranty

Our warranty runs up to 10 years, depending on the package and the service: Premium and Premium Plus paint work carries 10 years, Value carries 2, and lifetime touch-ups come with Premium Plus. To make a claim, call or email.

Nothing is final until you approve the written bid.

Adjustments always come with a reason and a photo, in either direction.
