Our warranty, by package and service

Our warranty runs up to 10 years, depending on the package and the service: Premium and Premium Plus paint work carries 10 years, Value carries 2, and lifetime touch-ups come with Premium Plus. Here is every term, what it covers, and how to use it.

How long you're covered

The term depends on the service and, for painting, on the package you choose. Your written bid states the package and the term before you approve anything.

What's covered

  • The work we did, on the surfaces listed in your written bid.
  • For the term your package and service carry (see the table above).

What isn't

  • Surfaces or rooms that weren't in your written bid.
  • Hidden damage that wasn't documented in the estimate photos, unless you approved the repair.
  • Wood-rot repair under an exterior painting job. Rot is separate carpentry, quoted with photos, and carpentry carries its own warranty.

Pay when it's done right.

You may withhold up to 20% for unresolved quality issues until fixed.

How to make a claim

Call or email. You don't need a form or a claim number.

  1. 1.Call or email us with your name, the property address and roughly when the work was done.
  2. 2.Tell us what you're seeing, and send a photo if you can.
  3. 3.We look at it with you, in person if needed, and schedule the fix.
